The firm was established in late 1983 by Graeme Falvey. With more than 35 years experience knowledge and expertise we can, and do, offer legal advice in most fields. Our aim is getting the best result in the optimum time at a reasonable price.

Graeme has practiced in Port Macquarie since Sept 1982 when he arrived from Sydney as a newly admitted solicitor. Experience and expertise in all areas and facets of Conveyancing, Property, Development, Leasing, Business and Commercial Law, including Liquor Licencing.

As a very busy and well-regarded practitioner for in excess of 35 years, (including extensive personal involvement in many developments over the years) Graeme’s experience and knowledge are almost unmatched, at a local level, in these areas of the law.

Graeme prides himself on developing and maintaining close and active relationships with his clients (some going back to the mid-1980s) and providing prompt, efficient and cost-effective advice.

Born and raised in Port Macquarie, Lach completed his schooling and university studies in Sydney, where he then worked before returning home to Port Macquarie in October 2017 to join Falvey Kay Lawyers. Lach focuses in areas of Conveyancing, Property & Business Law (including leasing, strata and planning law), Wills and Estates.

He also has experience in Retirement village contracts, Liquor Licencing, NCAT Disputes and Family Law. With a strong knowledge and connection with the local area, Lach has quickly developed business relationships throughout Port Macquarie, while maintaining those he has in Sydney.

Lach’s personable and approachable manner shows in his commitment to providing timely advice and assistance to all clients.

Liam was born and raised in Kempsey. He attended the University of New England where he obtained a double degree in Law and Criminology and was admitted as a Solicitor in June 2018.

Liam has experience in a range of different areas of law including Civil Disputes and Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Conveyancing and Commercial Law.

He has appeared in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Circuit Court jurisdictions as well as the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Fair Work Commission. Liam strives to be efficient and approachable and enjoys working with clients to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
